Brusky – 2 1/2" Bench-Made

For your consideration is a Stefan Brusky 2 1/2" fly reel with serial number 018. All Brusky reels are bench-made one at a time or in very small batches. Brusky reels have a very distinctive and elegantly machined S handle. The materials consist of a stainless steel body, delrin side plates, a white ivorette handle, 300 series stainless steel screws, and a bronze hub. The frame diameter is 2 1/2". The spool is 5/8" wide. The drag is his design and is set for neutral. Comes with an Arne Mason-made leather pouch stamped "S.J. Brusky Maker, Wisconsin, USA." The reel appears to have been mounted on a rod but shows no sign of wear. A wonderful classic small reel that will be a great addition to any collection.
