Return/Refund

Our policy is to offer a 3 day inspection/return policy from the time of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You must contact us within 72 hours of receiving the item ordered. 

We retain the right to charge a 15% restocking fee if circumstances deem necessary.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at enquiry@classictacklepurveyor.com.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 6104 Old Fredericksburg Rd.,  Austin, Texas 78709, US

Do not send the item back to the manufacturer. Jim Payne is no longer doing repairs.

Return shipping and insurance cost are the responsibility of the buyer. 

If the item was shipped to you via USPS Priority Mail or Registered Mail, insured for the value of the item, all return shipments must be sent in the same shipping method and insured value in order to qualify for a refund. 

In the event of an item being damaged during shipment to you, the buyer must retain all packing materials because he or she may be asked to present the items and packaging to their local post office or courier for inspection as part of the insurance claim process. If buyer does not follow this policy, a refund will not be granted.

Packaging
The item returned should be packaged in the origin packaging or in a similar manner. 

Condition
Your item must be unused and in the same condition it was shipped to you. Under no circumstance can an item be returned for a refund after having been used by the buyer.
