Hardy Bros. – St. George 3 3/4" LHW

For your consideration is a Hardy St. George 3 3/4" fly reel in very difficult to source left-hand wind.

This reel was delivered to me with a loose ribbed brass reel foot and a spare agate. The collection this is from has a few reels which were sent to Archuleta's Reel Works to switch out a reel foot to aid in fitting on a rod. Those are documented with notes and receipts. There are no notes on this reel to confirm if the brass foot was original to the reel. The full length and unaltered brass foot conveys with purchase. Ebonite handle spins freely. Nickel silver rim tension screw and regulator work as intended. The agate line has two cracks which are seen where the agate is discolored. Replacement agate included. Duplicated MKII check. Honest signs of use.
