Saracione, Joe – Deluxe 3 1/2"

For your consideration is a Joe Saracione Deluxe I fly reel in RHW. This is a 3 1/2" diameter reel with a 1 11/16" frame width weighing 7.60 ounces. This reel is serial number 001. The owner says Joe owned and fished with this reel before it was sold.

These bench-made reels are made with Delrin side plates and stainless steel side bands, screws, and pillars. The counterbalance, winding-arm washer cup, and handle screw and washer are made of nickel silver. Preset gear and pawl drag design with a soft inbound wind and a more pronounced outbound. There is one small inconsequential mark on the back plate that did not show in the photos. This reel is in like new condition with the exception mentioned.
