Orvis, C.F. - CFO IV

For your consideration is an Orvis CFO IV made in England by Hardy Bros. The CFO IV has a 3 3/16" diameter weighing 3.65 ounces and designed for a WF6 to WF 8 -weight line. Set for LHW but is interchangeable. Click and pawl with a very pleasing classic sound. Adjustable drag knob. Exposed spool rim for easy palming. A rash from a fall appears on the inside of the rear spool along with a slight indent on the rim. This has apparently caused the spool to be slightly off center—see the last two photos. The space between the spool and line guard varies when in different positions. I do not feel any wobble or evidence when winding.
