Bellinger – 3 1/4" Nickel Silver Classic

For your consideration is a Bellinger nickel silver fly reel in left-hand retrieve. Frame diameter is 3 1/4”. Spool width is 7/8,” and the reel weighs 9.0 ounces with a DT 5wt on it. I have seen this listed as 6 3/8 ounces with no line and backing. These bench-made reels are made with nickel silver protective side bands with Delrin side plates. Bolstered cross-pillars are made of nickel silver, as is the counterbalance, winding-arm washer cup, handle screw and washer, and oil cap. Preset gear and pawl drag design with a soft inbound click and a more pronounced outbound. The rims and side plates are free of any rashes or scratches. Any minor marks could be polished out if desired – and these could be from the manufacturing process. This is a very clean reel. Original box and leather pouch.
