For your consideration is an Orvis Battenkill bamboo fly rod built in 1975 in original condition. This is an 8' 0" two-piece for a 5-weight line weighing 4.125 oz. All sections are full-length and straight.

This rod consists of medium tempered cane with Orvis chestnut brown wraps. Grip measures 6 1/2" in length and the cork is smooth. Down-locking aluminum hardware. In my hand, the action is medium. This rod has been well taken care of and fished very sparingly. This is a sought after Orvis tapers in great condition.
