Peerless – 7M

For your consideration is a Peerless Model 7M – M stands for midge. The diameter is 2 3/4" and weighs 4.7 oz. Currently set for LHW, easily converted to RHW. The raised pillar 7 Series was produced in limited production.

The reel foot displays minor wear. On the back rim there are two pin head size marks at about 10 o’clock. Initially I did not notice these until I saw them enlarged in the photos. The box was at one time used for shipping. The 7M is a good choice for up to line weight 4 with space for plenty of backing (will comfortably hold a 5 with less backing). These delightful light reels were made by Bob Corsetti and are no longer produced. Peerless reels represent quality craftsmanship, classic styling, and solid performance.
