Peerless – Model 7MS

For your consideration is a Peerless Model 7MS. This is one of two 7-series reels produced in gold for the US market. 100 of these gold-finished reels were produced for a reseller in Japan. A valued customer in the USA requested to have two made for him – numbers 101 and 102. The diameter is 2 3/4" and weighs 5.0 oz. Currently set for RHW, easily converted to LHW. 

The 7M is a good choice for up to line weight 4 with space for plenty of backing (will comfortably hold a 5 with less backing). These delightful light reels were made by Bob Corsetti and are no longer produced. Peerless reels represent quality craftsmanship, classic styling, and solid performance. This reel is in new condition and appears to have never been mounted on a rod. Includes original leather case, box, and papers. The warranty card was sent in on 5/24/1992.
