For your consideration is a Sweetgrass bamboo fly rod. This is a 7' 9" 2/2 4 or 5 weight, weighing 4 5/8 oz. All sections are full length and straight.

Straw-colored cane wrapped in warm brown silks. The ferrules are double wrapped in brass silks tipped red. The agate stripping guide blends beautifully with the bamboo. Full wells grip with bright down locking hardware over well-modeled wood spacer. Size 13 ferrule with a perfect fit. In my hand, the taper is medium-fast bending deep into the butt section.
